Henry Wanyoike, 29, of Chelsea, Massachusetts...

Wanyoike runs with a guide because he is completely blind.
He has trouble finding guides who can keep up with him.
In Boston, two men split the duty, switching off at halfway.
Brian Spangenberg, 40, of California (left) finished 27th in 2:33:57.
Atsuhiro Watanabe of Japan (right) finished 45th in 2:40:00 (2:39:55 chip time).
