Mark Newman, 41, of Germantown, Tennessee, finished 65th in 2:32:41.
Newman was one of only three masters runners in the race.
Filomeno Apodaca, 38, of Las Cruces, New Mexico...

Darrell General, 38, competed in his fifth-straight Olympic Marathon Trials here
Matt Harmer, one of five Utahns in the race, finished 68th in 2:33:33.
Harmer, 31, resides in Salt Lake City and qualified for this race by running...
...2:21:41 at the 2003 St. George Marathon, held last October.
Jason Mayeroff, who spends much of his time training in Bangkok, Thailand...
...finished 69th in 2:34:38.
Bob Busquaert, 29, of Romeo, Michigan, finished 70th in 2:35:29.
Busquaert must have been familiar with the course, he graduated from the University...
...of Alabama at Birmingham in 1997.
Chad Worthen, 30, of Sacramento, California, finished 71st in 2:37:49.
Worthen was the last runner across the line. Fifteen of the runners who started the race did not finish.
At the post-race press conference, Alan Culpepper joked that Brian Sell was never out of his sight...
...because the red and yellow Hansons-Brooks uniforms were pretty easy to spot.
