Williams finished 10th in 14:10.14.
With about 200 meters to go, Aish (3rd, 13:44.99) and Galvan (2nd, 13:42.11) lead, but Nthiwa (1st, 13:41.65) is right on their heels.
Kirkpatrick finished fourth in 13:49.98.
Bomba finished fifth in 13:54.19. Hosokawa (behind Bomba) finished sixth in 13:56.40).
Takayuki Inubushi of Japan finished seventh in 13:58.25.
Ben Cooke finished ninth in 14:01.65.
Henry Dennis came from behind to catch Cooke, finishing eighth in 14:01.35.
Nthiwa and Galvan congratulate one another. Nthiwa's 13:41.65 broke Shadrack Kosgei's meet record of 13:42.48, set last year.
