New Zealander Nick Willis, who will be attending Michigan in the fall.
Williamson wound up 9th in 4:16.48.
Willis, a teenager, pulls away from the field, he won heat one in 4:02.46.

Last year's mile winner Clay Schwabe rabbits the second (faster) heat of the mile.
The U.S. Army's Mike Miller and UConn grad Dan Wilson run just off the pace.
Schwabe opens a bit of a gap on the field. He went through 400 in 58.2 and 800 in 1:59.0.
Mike Miller runs behind Schwabe.
Brendan Mahoney leads the rest of the field.
George Milic of Yugoslavia and the Westchester Track Club.
With one lap to go, Miller and Mahoney continue to lead the way.
Canadians Graham Hood (#93) and Nate Brannen (#27) run third and fourth. Also pictured are #104 James Karanu and #173 Brandon Strong.
Graham Hood used a powerful last lap to pull away from the field, winning in 3:57.98.
Nate Brannen (2nd, 4:00.11) outran Brendan Mahoney (4:00.29) for second.
Karanu took fourth (4:00.46), Miller fifth (4:00.56) and Milic sixth (4:00.97).
Brandon Strong (7th, 4:02.18) led Jason Long (8th, 4:02.61) and Jason Pyrah (9th, 4:03.14).
Erik Nedeau, who hails from Maine and was therefore a crowd favorite, finished 11th in 4:04.82.
Ryan McKenzie of Canada finished 12th in 4:06.23.
