WOMEN'S PHOTOS

Arkansas' Robbie Stevens at the start of the 800m final.
Georgetown's Jesse O'Connell starts in lane one.
Jonathan Johnson set the pace on the first lap and Sam Burley followed right behind.
Johnson passed through 400 meters in 51.78.
R-L: Jackson Langat, Aldwyn Sappleton, Robbie Stevens, Nate Brannen and Jesse O'Connell follow.
From the straight-on view as the runners headed down the homestretch...
...it was tough to call who was ahead.
Sam Burley and Jonathan Johnson battled it out...
...And Burley managed to outlean Johnson by .01 of a second.
Burley won his first NCAA title on his last try, 1:46.50 to 1:46.51.
Stevens came up for 3rd (1:46.85), Joseph 4th (1:47.05) and Brannen a disappointing 5th (1:47.45).
Burley fell to the track after he crossed the finish line and didn't immediately get to celebrate his win.
The start of the 5,000m final.
R-L: Luke Watson, Eric Logsdon, Thomas Morgan, Boaz Cheboiywo and David Mitchell.
After a disappointing 10th-place finish in the 10,000m, Cheboiywo was an unknown factor here.
Villanova's Jon Fasulo and Stanford's Louis Luchini set the pace.
William & Mary's Ed Moran (left) and Sean Graham also run near the lead.
Race favorite Alistair Cragg of Arkansas runs tucked in behind the leaders.
Thomas Morgan leads Paul Morrison and David Mitchell.
Luchini takes over the lead and Kansas' Mark Menefee and Notre Dame's Luke Watson move up.
