Jorge Torres sprints to the finish while the TV vehicle kicks up dust ahead of Alistair Cragg and Dathan Ritzenhein.
Torres ran a gutsy race, finishing 2nd in 29:06 but unable to make up Cheboiywo's initial gap.
Alistair Cragg of South Africa holds off Dathan Ritzenhein 29:10 to 29:11.
Arkansas only had one returnee from last year's national championship top 7, but runners like sophomore Cragg stepped it up here, helping them to finish 3rd.
Ritzenhein came from behind to finish 4th in 29:11, and was the top freshman in the race.
