WOMEN'S PHOTOS

Portland senior Steve Schaefer.
Oklahoma State freshman Brian Ehlis.
Florida State senior Jim Van Veen.
Van Veen originally hails from Satellite Beach, Florida.
Between 7k and 8k, Ryan Hall (left) and Dathan Ritzenhein pull away from the rest of the field.
Louis Luchini leads Gavin Thompson.
L-R: Westly Keating, Alistair Cragg and Ian Dobson.
Iona's Richard Kiplagat leads Wisconsin's Simon Bairu.
Just past the five-mile mark, Hall and Ritzenhein continued to lead the field.
Though their lead was small, it was a significant one and the race was finally on.
At this point, Stanford had five runners in the top 11.
After finishing fourth as a freshman, Ritzenhein had missed this meet...
...a year ago with an injury. Though he hadn't gotten in as much quality...
...training as he would have liked, he had proved his fitness in the...
...three races he had run this season. Hall, a junior, had finished 37th in this meet...
...a year ago, but had been one of his teams leaders all season.
Gavin Thompson (left) and Grant Robison run in third and fourth.
Louis Luchini of Stanford runs in fifth place.
Ian Dobson, Westly Keating and Alistair Cragg run 6-7-8.
Richard Kiplagat, Simon Bairu and Adam Tenforde run 9-10-11.
