On lap one (no water barrier) Chris Dugan leads, followed by Corey Smith, Ian Collings and Clint Tisserand.
Dugan leads over the first water barrier.
#7 Chris Duncan of Florida and #6 Erik Emilsson of Tulane.
Chris Duncan takes the lead.
Duncan is followed by Emilsson, Chris Dugan, Andy Smith, Corey Smith and others.
Georgetown's Corey Smith finished 10th in 8:55.73.
Duncan continues to lead, but he has a lot of competition right behind him.

Kent State's Peter Weisz finished third in 8:48.00.
Michigan State's Jason Mueller finished 13th in 9:07.73.
Jordan Desilets of Eastern Michigan takes over the lead...

Jordan Desilets already won the steeplechase at Sea Ray Relays earlier this season.
NC State teammates Andy Smith and Chris Dugan run in third and fourth.
Max King of Cornell (4th, 8:49.30) leads Ian Collings of West Virginia (8th, 8:53.52).
Clint Tisserand of Army finished 11th in 8:57.55.
