William & Mary's Adam Otstot finished 19th in 9:28.66.
Minot State's Nolan Taylor won the race in 9:03.97.
Penn State's Chris Faster finished 15th in 9:20.34.
Arkansas' Matt Dunn finished 21st in 9:47.63.
Justin Easter of Bates led late in the race but finished second in 9:04.33.

Mortimer won the Penn Steeplechase Championship in 1998 for Michigan.

Mortimer is now the men's distance coach at Boston College.
2002 Millennium Mile champion Mike DiGennaro wound up second here in 8:56.96.
Iona's Nigel Wray finished fourth in 9:05.35.
