Mate Nemeth, who won the steeplechase the night before, anchored for Memphis (8th, 9:57.06).
Brian Rosetti anchors for St. Joseph's (12th, 10:00.43).
Essex County College finished 16th in 10:21.92.
Oklahoma State's Derek Tate came from behind to win the race for his team. They defeated Cornell 9:49.58 to 9:50.55.
The start of the third and final heat in the College Men's Distance Medley Relay.
Syracuse's Brian McNeil, Dartmouth's Colin Ingram and LSU's Ben Shumaker.
Colin Ingram leads the College of New Jersey's Matt Molski and LSU's Ben Shumaker.
Penn's Steve Hayes takes over the lead.
We're guessing that this might be Peter Knuchel running the 1,200m leg for West Virginia.
Frank Savinon leads off for Binghamton.
