It's raining lightly at the start of the College Men's 4xMile Championship.
R-L: Arkansas' Said Ahmed, Villanova's Jason Jabaut, Navy's Erik Schmidt and NC State's Ricky Brookshire.
R-L: Tommy Manning, Chris Pruitt, Ian Cronin and Mike Barton lead off for their teams.
Said Ahmed and Ricky Brookshire take over the lead, Brown's Chad Buechel follows.
Duke's Ian Cronin struggles to stay on his feet as the tightly-bunched pack jostles around a bit.
With less than a lap to go, Said Ahmed leads.
Jason Jabaut, Abilene Christian's Bernard Manirakiza and Navy's Erik Schmidt follow.
Arkansas' Daniel Lincoln gets the baton in first place.
All-American Richard Kiplagat runs the second leg for Iona.
John O'Connor runs for William & Mary and Dan Mazzocco runs for Penn State.
Said Ahmed looks pleased after his leadoff leg. No splits were available for this race.
Richard Kiplagat ran a great second leg to move Iona into second place.
Sean O'Brian runs for American University and Dylan Welsh runs for Georgetown.
Tom Greenless runs for Michigan.

Casey Reardon runs the second leg for Duke.
Though official splits were not available, we know that the announcer said Daniel Lincoln ran sub-4:00.
And Richard Kiplagat was reportedly around 4:00.
Villanova's Jon Fasulo and Georgetown's Dylan Welsh run 3-4.
After losing a close race to Michigan on Friday, Arkansas wasn't taking any chances here. The result was a complete blowout here.
