Runners get ready for the first and fastest heat of the 3,000m.		Friday night was distance night with 118 men completing the 3,000m and 62 in the 5,000.		Chris Bennett set the pace for much of the race.
Grant Robison of Stanford took off in the final kilometer and won in 7:57.21 (an NCAA auto qualifier).			Don Sage leads Adam Batliner.	Nick McFalls finished 7th in 8:19.27.
	Adam Batliner finished second in 8:07.99.	Don Sage finished third in 8:11.55.
		Jochen Dieckfoss of BU ran in the second heat of the 3,000m...	...And finished in 8:23.44.
