Robert Gary moves to the lead on the third lap.	Lincoln and Slattery follow.	Lincoln looked strong one week earlier winning the NCAA steeplechase, where he ran relatively unchallenged. Robert Gary continues to lead.	Gary had twice finished second here ('96 and '99) but had never won a USA steeplechase title.	Slattery -- who finished out his eligibility at the University of Colorado in the fall -- was the runner-up here in 2002.	Famiglietti surprisingly begins to drop off the pace.	Just past the mile mark, Lincoln and Gary share the lead.
Famiglietti, in fourth, drops back.	Jordan Desilets (right) and Tom Chorny run 5-6.	Carl Blackhurst and Jared Cordes follow.	With less than 1,000 meters to go, it's a three-man race...	...among Slattery, Gary and Lincoln.
